The things people ask before buying
What counts as one installation?
One production copy of Recurnix running on one domain. Staging and development copies of your own installation are not counted separately. If you run Recurnix for several separate businesses, each needs its own licence.
What happens when I cancel?
Your installation carries on running. You stop receiving new versions and the licence shows as inactive in your admin panel, but nothing switches off. The software is yours to keep running.
Do you take a cut of what I bill?
No. Recurnix never sees your revenue. It runs on your server against your database, and your customers pay you directly through your own payment provider.
Are payment gateways included?
Gateway support is in active development. Everything around it works today: invoicing, credit, wallet balance, payment attempts and manual payment recording. If taking cards on day one is essential for you, check the changelog first or ask us before buying.
Is there a refund policy?
Get in touch through the contact form and we will sort it out. The product is nine dollars a month; we are not going to argue with you about it.
Can I see it before I buy?
The full feature list is public and so is the changelog, which is unusually candid about what broke and how it was fixed. Ask us for a walkthrough and we will show you the admin panel.
