Billing engine
The money part, done carefully
Getting billing almost right is worse than not automating it. Recurnix treats the arithmetic as the product.
- Proration that reconciles. Upgrades, downgrades and mid-cycle changes calculate against the real remaining term.
- Multi-currency throughout. Per-client currency, per-currency pricing, and totals that never silently mix denominations.
- Credit notes and wallet balance. Refunds and account credit are real records, not adjustments typed into a description field.
- Retries with backoff. Failed payments retry on a schedule and are recorded as attempts, so a declined card is a process rather than a surprise.

Where your customers actually live
The portal is not an afterthought. It is 82 routes of things your customers would otherwise email you about.
- Self-service everything. Invoices, quotes, services, upgrades, cancellations, domains, tickets and payment methods.
- Sub-users with real permissions. Invite a colleague and give them billing but not services. Revoke, and their session ends on the next request.
- Autopay and stored methods. Customers set it once. You stop chasing.

Comparison assumes a base fee plus a per-client charge, which is the common shape in this category. It is an illustration, not a quote for any named product. Recurnix is $9 a month whatever the slider says.
Install
Running in about ten minutes
No SSH. No Composer. No build step. If you can upload a zip and create a database, you can install Recurnix.
Upload and extract
Download the archive from your client area and extract it into your hosting account. Dependencies are already inside.
Create a database
One MySQL database and user from your control panel. The installer asks for those details and nothing else.
Open the installer
Visit your domain. A guided installer checks requirements, runs migrations, creates your admin account and locks itself when finished.
Questions
Straight answers
Is this really nine dollars a month?
Yes. One flat price for the whole application, with no per-client, per-invoice or per-transaction fee. Your licence covers one installation and includes every update published while it is active.
What happens if my licence lapses?
Your installation keeps working. The licence check fails open by design: if it cannot reach us, or your subscription ends, you see a notice in your admin panel and nothing stops. We are not willing to take your billing system down.
Where is my data?
On your server, in your database. Recurnix does not phone home with your customer data. The only outbound call is a licence heartbeat carrying your key, an install identifier and your version number.
Will it run on shared hosting?
That is exactly what it is built for. PHP 8.3 or newer, MySQL, and a cron entry. No SSH required, no queue worker required, no Node build.
Can I take payments?
Payment gateway support is in active development. Invoicing, credit, wallet balance and manual payment recording all work today. Check the changelog for current status before you buy if this is critical to you.
