An honest comparison

How Recurnix is different

The billing platform market is mature and the established products are genuinely good. Here is where Recurnix takes a different position, stated plainly enough that you can disagree with it.

The right-hand column describes general patterns across the category rather than any single named product, because terms change and we would rather be useful than out of date. Check current terms with any vendor before deciding.

Where we are genuinely better

Flat pricing that does not punish growth. A modern stack a developer can actually read and extend. A licence check that cannot take your business offline. And a changelog that tells you what broke, not just what shipped.

Where we are not, yet

The established platforms have a decade of registrar and gateway integrations, a large module marketplace and a big community. Recurnix is new. Payment gateway support is still in active development. If you need a specific integration on day one, ask us first.

Straight talk

Who should not buy this

If you are running a large hosting operation that depends on a long tail of existing modules and registrar integrations, a mature platform is the right choice today and we would say so on a call.

Recurnix suits you if you want to own your billing outright, you are comfortable that the product is young and improving quickly, and you would rather pay a flat nine dollars than a fee that scales with your success.

Decide with the facts

Read the changelog, look at the feature list, then ask us anything the site does not answer.
